One of the programs owned by ITPLN is the 4-4-2 program, which comprises 40% theory, 40% problem-solving, and 20% industrial lectures.

“In implementing the 4-4-2 learning system, we certainly need the support of the industrial sector like PLN,” said Prof. Iwa. Lasiran welcomed ITPLN’s program, stating, “The 4-4-2 system is good because students can immediately think about solving problems, not just theory.”

Even for internship programs that must be completed by ITPLN students, an allocation of 600-700 people will be provided. This is in line with energy development and PLN UID Jakarta’s appreciation of ITPLN’s commitment to contributing to the provision of superior human resources in the energy field.

Prof. Iwa and PLN UID Jakarta Raya discussed various aspects of energy infrastructure, technological advancements, and future projects. Prof. Iwa stated, “ITPLN is a rising star because it is a campus engaged in the energy sector and the only campus that has a PLTU like the one used by PLN.”
