ITPLN WITH APERTI BUMN OPENS SCHOLARSHIP REGISTRATION

Institut Teknologi PLN (IT-PLN) which is part of the Alliance of State- Owned Enterprises (APERTI BUMN) has officially opened scholarships for prospective students who will study on campuses that are members of APERTI BUMN.

The APERTI BUMN scholarship is intended for prospective students who pass the entrance selection and scholarship selection on campuses that are members of APERTI BUMN in 2020.

The inauguration of the APERTI BUMN scholarship was carried out online through the Zoom application on Thursday, May 14, 2020, which was attended by university leaders who were members of the APERTI BUMN.

This scholarship is the contribution of APERTI BUMN in national development, especially the improvement of Human Resources (HR). In 2019, APERTI BUMN awarded full scholarships until graduation to 30 outstanding sons and daughters from various regions in Indonesia. And in 2020 this is the second year APERTI BUMN provides educational scholarships that have the capacity of 40 high school graduates who excel to be able to continue their education.

The registration period for the scholarship selection is open from May 14, 2020, to July 1, 2020. This scholarship has the following scopes:

1. Participants will receive education funding until they graduate by following the applicable regulations at each APERTI BUMN College.
2. Students can do internships and work in several state-owned companies or other companies that collaborate with SOE

For applicants who are interested in applying for the APERTI BUMN scholarship path at ITPLN, they must meet the following requirements:

1. Graduates of SMA/SMK in 2019/2020 who will continue to study Bachelor/Diploma program at one of the Universities that are

members of APERTI BUMN.

2. Attach report cards for semesters 1 to

The rundown of the BUMN APERTI scholarship is as follows:

1. 14 May 2020, Launching of APERTI Scholarship
2. July 1, 2020, Registration Deadline
3. 1 – 15 July 2020, Administrative Selection
4. 16-18 July 2020, Announcement of Administrative Selection Results
5. 19-21 July 2020, Interview Selection
6. 22 July 2020, Scholarship winner announcement

Provided that if the participant is declared to have passed, it is as follows:

1. Semester Achievement Index (IPS) of at least 3.4 in the current semester and does not violate the applicable code of ethics/regulations.
2. If the IPS is less than 4 then the student should pay normal tuition, and the status becomes REGULAR.
3. The maximum study period is 8 semesters for Bachelor program/S1
4. The maximum study period is 6 semesters for Diploma program/D3
