Jakarta – Institut Teknologi PLN (ITPLN) celebrated its 26th anniversary by organizing a blood donation event at the ITPLN campus. The event, held today on Monday, May 13, 2024, aims to donate blood as a form of care for others and to commemorate a historic moment for the institution.
The event was attended by Vice Rector III, Ir. Ishvandono Yunaini A, M.M., Manager of Student Activities and Counseling, Agus Zaini, SE, Social Action Supervisor, Andi Makkulau ST., M.I.Kom., MT, representatives from Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI) Tanggerang City and enthusiastic ITPLN students participating in this humanitarian activity. Participants in the blood donation drive flocked to the designated area to contribute their blood as a positive contribution to helping those in need.
According to Ir. Ishvandono Yunaini A, M.M., the blood donation drive is one of ITPLN’s commitments to actively assist the surrounding community. “We are proud to see the enthusiasm and participation of the entire academic community of ITPLN in this activity. Blood donation is a tangible step for us to share goodness with others,” he said.
The 26th anniversary of ITPLN celebrated with this blood donation event not only serves as a platform to celebrate the institution’s achievements and accomplishments over the past two decades but also reflects the strong spirit of social responsibility and care embedded within the ITPLN community.
