ITPLN Holds Socialization on Collaboration Reporting by LLDIKTI Region III

Jakarta, May 13, 2024 – Institut Teknologi PLN (ITPLN) held a socialization event regarding collaboration reporting by LLDIKTI Region III. The event was attended by the Head of the Institutional Cooperation Working Group of LLDIKTI Region III, Mulhadi H.M., S.H., M.H., Vice Rector IV Dr. Ir. Pawenary, M.T., MPM., IPU., ASEAN Eng, Cooperations Manager Yozika Arvio, ST., M.Kom, deans, heads of study programs and department managers.

The aim of this socialization was to provide a better understanding to all staff and educators at ITPLN regarding the process of collaboration reporting that must be submitted to LLDIKTI Region III. Collaboration reporting is essential in maintaining transparency and accountability of higher education institutions in carrying out collaborations with other parties.

Dr. Ir. Pawenary, in his speech, emphasized the importance of adhering to the procedures and regulations established by LLDIKTI Region III regarding collaboration reporting. This is a form of commitment from ITPLN to conduct collaborations transparently and in accordance with applicable regulations.

“ITPLN has been awarded the silver predicate by LLDIKTI Region III, placing us in the top three, with the other two being universities and we are the only institution. This indicates that our collaborations are good, and hopefully, we will receive the gold next year,” he concluded.

Mulhadi stated, “There are differences in collaborations within IKU, namely national, industrial, and international. And we acknowledge that ITPLN is excellent in carrying out collaborations, whether national, industrial, or international.”

Yozika mentioned, “ITPLN will continue to expand collaborations, and as of now, there are 42 Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and 77 Cooperation Agreements (PKS).” 

The socialization event is expected to enhance collaboration reporting conducted by ITPLN with its partners and to underscore the importance of collaboration reporting in supporting the vision and mission of the university.
