
(Jakarta, March 6, 2024) – Institut Teknologi PLN (ITPLN) proudly presents its innovation at the Solartech Exhibition 2024, held from March 6 to 8, 2024, at JIExpo Kemayoran. This event serves as a platform for ITPLN to showcase its latest prototype of hydrogen production using the electrolysis method.
Septianissa Azahra, ST., MT, the Head of the Bachelor of Energy System Engineering Program, along with students from the Energy System Engineering program at ITPLN, brought the prototype to the exhibition and promoted ITPLN to the international community, especially those involved in solar technology.
Azahra stated, “We aim for research collaboration between ITPLN and the industrial world, and we want to demonstrate that our innovations can provide electricity in the industrial sector.”
“We also want to introduce that ITPLN can produce excellent human resources in the field of renewable energy according to current needs,” she added.

This prototype won the International Science and Technology Award in 2023 in Bali.
