THE LAUNCH OF THE MERDEKA INDONESIA JAYA CAMPUS LOGO

On September 14, 2020, LLDIKTI held the Logo Launching of the Merdeka Indonesia Jaya Campus which was carried out using an online method.

This event began with a report from the Secretary of the Directorate General of Higher Education by the Sub-Coordinator of Public Relations of the Directorate General of Higher Education, Doddy Zulkifli who said that the Merdeka Indonesia Jaya Campus Policy had been launched by the Minister of Education and Culture, Nadiem Anwar Makarim, B.A., M.B.A., and represented in the logo that was launched today which was witnessed by more than 1500 representatives from PTN and PTS, both through YouTube and Zoom meetings.

The Director General of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia, Prof. Ir. Nizam, M.Sc., DIC., Ph.D. conveyed in his general lectures that this independent campus has become a trending topic in the world, and we welcome it by improving the curriculum, preparing the program and implementing the program.

We know that the Industrial revolution 4.0 is very complex and we do not know the developments that will occur in the future because the development is so fast, therefore it is very necessary to prepare competencies and the widest possible learning space, the best way to face the future is none other than creating it together with how to open a campus with the world of work and the real world that need to be married directly to create jobs, industry, and society which in the future will form Indonesia 5.0 by synergizing together.

Followed by the launch of the Merdeka Indonesia Jaya Campus logo by Prof. Ir. Nizam, M.Sc., DIC., Ph.D. which this logo has the meaning of the spirit of gotong royong (working together), the spirit of innovation, and the spirit to produce Indonesia’s golden generation in the future.

Hopefully the inauguration of this logo can increase the spirit of Indonesia to be able to work and synergize together to achieve a better future and also achieve a glorious Indonesia 5.0 in the future.
