MOU SIGNING BETWEEN STT-PLN AND PT PJB

Friday, December 6, 2019, the signing of the MoU of cooperation between PT Pembangkitan Jawa Bali (PJB) and Sekolah Tinggi Teknik PLN (STT-PLN) was held at PJB’s head office, Surabaya.

This MoU is a follow-up to the previous meeting of the STT-PLN leadership with the President Director and President Commissioner of PT PJB on 28 Nov 2019 regarding the development of cooperation in the fields of HR, education, and research.

The MoU signing event was held in conjunction with the PT PJB 2019 HR Workshop with the theme “Alignment of PJB Human Resource Strategy for Facing Disruptive Era & Supporting PLN Solid” which was attended by the Director of Human Capital Management of PT PLN (Persero) Mr. Muhammad Ali, EVP Talent Development of PT PLN (Persero) Mr. Karyawan Aji, GM of PLN Training Center Mr. Badrul Musthafa, and the Directors of the subsidiary of PT PJB.

The event started at 08.30 starting with remarks from the President Director of PJB, Mr. Iwan Agung Firstantata. In his speech, he delivered the Best of PLN Road Map, launching “PJB Lets Go Digital” namely Mobile Presence, PJB E- Learning, mobile SPPD, I Diagnostic, etc. On this occasion, the PJB President Director conveyed several addendums to the MoU between STT-PLN and PJB.

Then continued with the signing of the MoU consisting of 2 MoU, namely the Addendum to the Memorandum of Understanding for the Development of Electricity Competence and the Memorandum of Understanding for the Assessment and Application of Electricity Technology at PT PJB.

It is hoped that with this MoU, the collaboration of STT-PLN and PT PJB in the field of human resource development and technology application can be carried out properly.
