ITPLN STUDENTS PASS THE 2021 INDONESIAN INNOVATION TALENT PROGRAM

The Directorate General of Higher Education, Research and Technology, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology through the Directorate of Resources launched the Indonesia Innovation Talent Program in 2021.

This program is a continuation of the 2020 Indonesian Innovation Talent Strengthening Program which was previously managed by the Ministry of Research and Technology/National Research and Innovation Agency (Kemristek/BRIN).

The Indonesian Innovation Talent Program is a funding program in the form of incentives starting on September 21, 2021, aiming to assist financing in realizing innovation to increase the nation’s competitiveness, develop the “Merdeka belajar-Kampus Merdeka” (MBKM) program, and accelerate the completion of the study period.

3 of Institut Teknologi PLN students successfully passed the 2021 Indonesian Innovation Talent Program, namely:

  1. Wisnu Wicaksono (201811184) with Innovation to Improve the Accuracy of a Low-Cost State of Health Monitoring Lithium Ion Battery With 24-bit ADC and ESP32 pack,
  2. Fauzan Alfarisi R (201811286) with the Innovation of a Battery Charge and Discharge Controller as a Solution to Extend Battery Life,

      3. Zaky Syamsuddin (201811289) with the Innovation of Regenerative Braking Torque Control on Electric Bikes with Ultracapacitor
Integration.

After the announcement of the 2021 Indonesian Innovation Talent Program recipients, the next process is the distribution of program funds through contracts with the study institutions.
